ORDERING

You can either:

use the on-line shop to pay via Paypal
Telephone 01257 270136 or Skype to pay by credit/debit card.
e-mail your order to pay by cheque or postal order.

We always aim to despatch stock items with 24 hrs of receipt of cleared payment .

On the rare occasion an item is out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible & either forward the item once available or refund.

DELIVERY

Postage is quoted for UK orders only

All postage you pay is for 1st Class Recorded delivery or on larger orders next day courier.

We are an online store however should you wish to collect an order this can be arranged by appointment, please Contact us

All orders are sent requiring a signature on delivery, please advise us if you will not be available to take delivery so alternative arrangement can be made.

If your order is returned to us undelivered additional postage costs may be incurred.

RETURNS

We accept returns within seven days of delivery to you.

If you wish to return an item PLEASE contact us first for a returns reference.

The goods must be sealed & unused, in fully resalable condition and in their original packaging.

Tthey must be returned at the customer's expense and must be sent via a trackable insured method, Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Send only by method that requires a signature.

Your payment will be refunded or items exchanged upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their condition.
