By placing an order with Funtime Faces you confirm acceptance of the following
information & Terms

We currently aim to ship orders received by 5pm the NEXT WORKING DAY
We are not offering SAME DAY Despatch at present!

 

(If you are a Trade balloon customer you also agree to the terms emailed when registering)

ON-LINE ORDERING

Orders are sent to us once your payment is sucessful.
You will receive an email confirming we have received your order, This email is not considered as acceptance of your order.

Orders are not processed until payment is received! 

 

We will email and confirm when your order is being processed & how it will be despatched.

If an item is out of stock we will give you the option for your order to be sent in full or with the out of stock item to follow.
If this is not acceptable we can of course offer to refund & cancel your order.

All orders are sent requiring a signature on delivery, please advise us if you will not be available to take delivery so alternative arrangement can be made.
If your order is returned to us undelivered additional postage costs may be incurred.

On-Line order:
Pay by Debit/Credit Card, Paypal, or by cheque

Telephone Order:
Pay by credit/debit card or cheque

Please bear in mind Cheque payment can take upto 10 working days to clear, your order will not be despatched until CLEARED payment is received.

 

When will my order be despatched

We always aim to despatch stock items NEXT WORKING DAY following receipt of cleared payment Monday - Friday.

On the rare occasion an item is out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible & either forward the item once available or refund.

We will communicate via email on web-orders so please ensure you check you email & any spam filters for messages.
We always email to confirm despatch of your order.

 

What are the postage options & when will my item arrive?

Postage is quoted for UK orders only

UK POSTAGE COSTS*:

All orders upto £50.00
Standard - 1st Class Signd For -  £4.40
Economy - 2nd Class Signed For - £3.90

Order over £50.00 - Free Postage

All postage you PAY FOR is for Royal Mail delivery, on larger orders 1 - 2  day courier service.
FREE delivery will ususally be via Royal Mal 1st Class, Heavier orders will be sent  via courier or 48hr Parcel force depending on your location.

All orders are sent requiring a signature on delivery, please advise us if you will not be available to take delivery so alternative arrangement can be made.
If your order is returned to us undelivered additional postage costs may be incurred.

1st & 2nd Class recorded are NOT a guaranteed service.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class  in 1 -3 working days and 2nd Class in 3 - 5 working days
BUT an item is not considered lost or late for 15 WORKING days!

 Express Delivery - NOT CURRENLTY AVAILABLE!

If You require your item by a specific date we recommend using our EXPRESS DELIVERY  option
ONLY £8.75
(Mainland England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands)

Outside of these areas please contact us as Guaranteed delivery cost will depend on the weight of your order . 
 
Orders using this option will be sent  via COURIER or SPECIAL delivery and once despatched will be delivered next WORKING day .


PLEASE NOTE This does NOT guarantee same day despatch.
We aim to despatch same day on orders placed by midday Mon-Fri using this option but CANNOT guarantee this.
If you need your order despatching same day PLEASE call us to check this will be possible.

 Do You have a shop I can visit/collect my order from?

We are an online store however should you wish to collect an order this can be arranged by appointment, please contact us.

 Cancellation policy - What if I change my mind ?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible via email,.

-If your order has not been despacthed we will refund immediately.

-If your order has already been despatched please refer to our returns policy below. 

 

 Returns Policy - What if something I receive is damaged or not as expected?

Returns must be requested and received back within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If you wish to return an item PLEASE contact us first for a returns reference and instructions.

The goods must be sealed & unused, in fully resalable condition and in their original packaging, unless faulty.

They must be returned at the customer's expense and must be sent via a trackable insured method,
Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.  Send only by method that requires a signature.

 Refunds

If you Cancel your order prior to despatch a refund will be raised immediately.

If your items is returned or faulty your payment will be refunded or items exchanged upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their condition.

Refunds will be raised within 30 days and sent via the method of original payment only.
